Seconds, not minutes

Clips are cut, scored and on screen before the next guest steps in.

Runs on your hardware

Install on the Windows PC already inside your booth. No proprietary box to buy.

Unlimited events

Every wedding, brand activation and party gets its own branded profile.

Checked before you open

Camera, printer, music and sharing are validated before the first guest arrives.

features

Everything an event needs, in one app

No stack of plug-ins and no separate video editor. Capture, branding, printing, music and delivery all live in the software your booth is already running.

Fast slow motion

High frame rate capture, speed ramping, intros, outros and overlays composited in seconds, so the clip plays back while the guest is still in the booth.

Instant printing

Print straight from the session on any Windows printer. Layouts are fitted to the media size, so prints come out framed the way you designed them.

Template editor

Build strips and prints with drag-and-drop photo slots, logos and artwork, then check the result in a live preview before the doors open.

Dropbox gallery

Finished clips and untouched originals upload to a per-event Dropbox folder as they are made, so the client gallery is built by the time you pack up.

Events

Every booking gets its own branding, templates, playlists and sharing rules. Pick the event on site and the booth reconfigures itself.

Easy to use

Guests see one large touch target at a time. Operators get a settings screen grouped by task instead of a wall of switches.

Unlimited music

Build a playlist per event and let the booth score each clip with a random hook, so no two videos sound the same.

Filters and overlays

Apply looks, overlays, intros and outros without opening a video editor or waiting on a render queue.

Second screen and lights

Cast finished clips to an external display and cue Bluetooth lighting so the whole room reacts to every capture.

slomo & printing

Slow motion that lands before the laughter stops

The booth records at high frame rate, adds your intro, overlay and outro, drops a music track over the top and plays the finished clip back on the screen — all while the guest is still standing there.

  • High frame rate capture with speed ramping tuned per event
  • Intros, outros and overlays composited automatically
  • A random hook from your playlist scored to every clip

Branded overlays

Add your logo, event graphics and animated overlays to every finished clip.

Playlist-powered music

Use your playlist to score every clip with a randomly selected song hook.

template editor

Design the print, see it live

Build strips, 2x6s, 4x6s and full-frame layouts in the booth's own editor. Drop in photo slots, logos, artwork and text, then watch the live preview update with real captures instead of guessing in a design tool.

  • Photo slots you position, size and rotate anywhere on the canvas
  • Asset panel for backgrounds, logos and overlay artwork
  • Resolution checked against the physical print size before you go live
  • Copy a template, restyle it and reuse it for the next client
  • Assign different templates to different events, no rebuild required

Simple enough that nobody needs an attendant

Guests get one obvious thing to do at a time. You get a configuration screen that is organised by job rather than by a wall of settings.

Touch to start

Full-screen touch targets, a clear countdown and no menus for guests to get lost in.

Attract mode

Between sessions the booth replays the best clips of the night to pull the next queue in.

Themed to the event

Accent colours, logo, buttons and copy follow whichever event is active.

Pre-flight checks

Camera, printer, Wi-Fi, Dropbox and music are verified before the booth opens for guests.

hardware

Buy the software, keep your booth

Booth Creator installs on the Windows PC in the booth you already built. Bring your own camera, printer and lights — the software configures them for you and remembers the settings.

GoPro & webcams

Full control of any GoPro from the HERO8 Black to the Mission 1, over USB or Bluetooth and Wi-Fi — or use a plain USB camera. See the GoPro support.

Printers

Any printer Windows can see. Choose the media size and the layout is scaled and framed to match.

Lighting

Drive Bluetooth lights from the booth so they cue with the countdown and match the event's colours.

Second screen

Cast finished clips to an external display or TV so the whole room sees the moment, complete with a gallery QR code.

gopro control

Full GoPro control, built in

Booth Creator does more than trigger the shutter. It pairs with the camera, exposes every setting your model supports, writes them back before each capture and shows you a live preview — so the camera is set correctly long before the first guest arrives.

Supported cameras
Seven generations, one workflow

Connect it the way your booth is wired

Some builds run the camera on a long USB cable, others keep it wireless behind the backdrop. Only the modes your camera generation actually supports are offered.

Wired USB
The most reliable link and the fastest clip downloads, ideal for a fixed booth.
Bluetooth and Wi-Fi
Bluetooth wakes and controls the camera, Wi-Fi carries the preview and the media.
Your choice of adapter
Pick which Wi-Fi adapter talks to the camera so the booth can stay on the venue network.
On connect the booth confirms the camera it found is the model you configured, and says so plainly when it is not.

One screen, six tabs

The camera configuration screen is organised by job, not by a wall of switches.

Connection
Choose your model, scan for nearby GoPros over Bluetooth, then pair, connect or forget them — no phone app needed.
General
Screens, LEDs, beeps, orientation, power saving and voice control.
Photo
Exposure, lens, colour and Protune settings used for stills and prints.
Video
Resolution, frame rate, stabilisation and encoding used for slomo capture.
Preview
Live view streamed into the booth, rotated to match how the camera is mounted.
Webcam
Put the camera into webcam mode for the attract loop and on-screen live view.

Every setting the camera exposes

Settings are read from the camera itself and shown as dropdowns, sliders and toggles. Anything the camera will not let you change is locked rather than silently ignored.

Not sure what to pick?
Switch any group over to defaults and Booth Creator applies a tested booth configuration for your exact camera model — then take control again whenever you want to.

Prove it works before the doors open

Nothing here is theoretical. Every preview uses the real camera, your real settings and the same pipeline a guest will trigger.

1
Frame it live
Start the live preview and see exactly what the camera sees, rotated the way the booth mounts it.
2
Shoot a real photo
Your photo settings are written to the camera, a shot is taken and downloaded, and it lands on screen.
3
Shoot a real slomo
Record a test clip and watch it come back fully processed, so you can adjust before anyone is waiting.
lighting Industry first

The only booth software that runs your lights

Every other booth leaves the lighting to you — a ring light on a dimmer, set once at load-in and left alone all night. Booth Creator pairs directly with your Neewer lights over Bluetooth and drives them through the whole session, so the lighting changes with what the booth is doing.

  • Scan for nearby Neewer lights and connect them from the configuration screen — no phone app, no second remote
  • Connect as many lights as your setup needs and assign each one to a group so they cue together
  • Lights ramp from lobby brightness up to full through the countdown, then reset for the next guest
  • Separate brightness for photo and video, because a print and a slomo clip do not want the same light

Power from the booth

Toggle any connected light on or off without walking over to it.

2500K – 8500K

Match the colour temperature to the room instead of fighting it in post.

What the lights do during a session

  1. 1
    Idle
Lights hold your chosen colour and brightness between sessions — or stay off entirely.
  2. 2
    Lobby
As the guest steps in, the lights settle to a lower working level at your set temperature.
  3. 3
    Countdown
Brightness ramps up in time with the count so the guest knows exactly when to hit the pose.
  4. 4
    Capture & reset
The clip is shot at full output, then the lights drop back to lobby for the next person.
